Attribution for High-Ticket Funnels
High-ticket attribution must connect the ad click to outcomes that may occur weeks later after applications, booked calls, follow-up and CRM stages. Browser-only purchase tracking is often not enough.
Map the full funnel
Document ad click → landing page → lead → booked call → attended call → qualified opportunity → closed-won. Decide which stages are optimization events and which are reporting milestones.
Use stable identifiers
Where lawful and appropriate, connect web leads with CRM records using consistent IDs or customer-provided data. Avoid relying on names alone.
Choose windows from real cycle length
Measure the distribution from first marketing touch to closed-won. An attribution window shorter than the actual cycle can systematically omit early touches.
Reconcile with closed revenue
Booked calls and leads are useful leading indicators, but final economics should reconcile to closed-won revenue and refunds/cancellations where relevant.
HYROS publicly emphasizes call funnels and long-cycle attribution, which makes it a natural product to evaluate for this use case. Also compare HYROS vs Wicked Reports.
